Details BOC Sciences Neuro-TRs are based on cationic liposome formulations and are used to efficiently deliver DNA to primary nerve cells, glial cells, and cultured nerve cell lines. Under serum-free conditions, Neuro-TR and DNA can be mixed to form a stable non-covalent coupling complex, which will release DNA into the cytoplasm through fusion with the cell membrane.
Form Dried film.
Identification Without nuclease contamination and microbial contamination.
Note Don't freeze.
Shipping Dry ice.
Use Limitations For research use only.
Description Reagents designed for high-efficient transfection of DNA into nerve cells.
