Details BOC Sciences Neuro-TRs are based on cationic liposome formulations and are used to efficiently deliver DNA to primary nerve cells, glial cells, and cultured nerve cell lines. Under serum-free conditions, Neuro-TR and DNA can be mixed to form a stable non-covalent coupling complex, which will release DNA into the cytoplasm through fusion with the cell membrane.
Cell Types Primary nerve cells, glial cells, and cultured nerve cell lines.
  • C6 glioma cells (H)
  • Cortical neuronal cells (R)
  • Dorsal root ganglion (DRG) cells (R)
  • NT2 nerve cells (H)
  • NT neurons (H)
  • Subventricular zone (SVZ) cells (M)
  • White matter cells (M)
Form Dried film.
